Summit Recovery Housing’s Transitional Living Program is a structured and monitored sober living option for adult women who have completed a residential treatment program. Our program aims to slowly add responsibility and freedom to an environment involving guidance and support.
To ensure for a safe transition to a lower level of care, guidelines need to be set.
Seven-day blackout period: Residents will not be permitted passes or access to their personal cellphones for the first seven days of their residency, so that they can adjust to their surroundings and build connections.
Individuals participating in Summit Recovery Housing’s Transitional Living Program attend Summit Recovery’s Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) where they will learn to integrate recovery into their daily lives. Community linkage will be provided for mental health counseling, psychiatric care, primary care, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Phase I (90 Days): Practical Life Skills
Phase II (90 Days): Wellness & Recovery
Individuals will participate in a fitness community scaled to their abilities at TrueFit Athletics located in Lancaster, OH (transportation provided).
Eligible individuals have the opportunity to participate in the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program with HAPCAP (Hocking-Athens-Perry Community Action Program).
