Our transitional living program is a structured and supervised supportive housing option for adult women who have completed a residential treatment program. Our program aims to slowly add responsibility and freedom to an environment involving guidance and support.
Individuals participating in our transitional living program attend our Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program up to six days a week (Monday-Saturday) in addition to receiving individual counseling, case management services, and random urine drug screens. We provide linkage to mental health counseling, psychiatric care, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Eligible individuals have the opportunity to participate in the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program with HAPCAP (Hocking-Athens-Perry Community Action Program).
Individuals attend supplementary recovery support meetings and are encouraged to incorporate fitness into recovery through participation in CrossFit.
