Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHPs) typically provide twenty or more hours of service a week to treat several aspects of instability. Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides convenient and structured outpatient treatment services, allowing the flexibility of maintaining daily responsibilities. Individuals may transfer (step-down) into a partial hospitalization program from a more structured inpatient program allowing individuals to reintegrate into the community, (step-up) from a less intensive outpatient program allowing individuals to receive the benefits of a more structured outpatient program, or they may enter as their initial entry into treatment services.
Individuals attend our Partial Hospitalization Program six days per week (Monday-Saturday) in addition to participating in individual counseling, case management services, and random urine drug screens. We provide linkage to mental health counseling, psychiatric care, and Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT).
Eligible individuals have the opportunity to participate in the Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program with HAPCAP (Hocking-Athens-Perry Community Action Program).
While we implement a 12-Step philosophy, we believe that there is no set program or pathway to recovery that will keep everyone clean and sober. We believe that recovery is possible and that there are multiple pathways to recovery. We provide individuals with education, support, and opportunities to construct their own pathway through experiences which support their freedom from addiction and reflecting on those experiences.
